DESIGNING AN INTELLIGENT APPROACH TO PRICING THROUGH SYSTEMS, SCIENCE, AND HABITS
In working with Fortune 50 companies to $100M organizations, we have seen that very few have intentionally designed the pricing habits currently being employed within their organizations. In this workshop, we review the steps that internal pricing organizations should take to assess their current pricing habits and design their own intelligent approach to pricing that will match their organization’s systems, tools and goals.
In this session, we will help you to assess how your current pricing habits align to your organization’s strategic intentions. Using this assessment, we will consider how you can redesign your pricing systems to leverage the benefits of Artificial Intelligence (AI). We will discuss why leveraging AI is the most reliable way to execute on your pricing strategy intentions. We will then give you a pragmatic way to get started with data science using the tools you have today and we’ll finish with some helpful tips for calming the concerns of detractors distrustful of a scientific approach.
