Establishing the Pillars of Your Price Organisation

Traditional approaches have decentralized pricing oversight to regional or channel managers. In a new era of globalization and omnichannel transparency, siloed management in pricing is leading to arbitrage, channel conflict, and substantial value loss. As such, it is time for pricing professionals to urgently consider how they can begin to mitigate existing price risks, centralize price management to effectively deliver omnichannel price strategies, and leverage technology to minimize resource costs – all while maximizing  revenue.

In this workshop, attendees will learn how to evaluate the effectiveness of their existing pricing command centers and pricing management structures, as well as what should be in and out of scope for a pricing command center. We will discuss how to drive strategies that maintain harmonization across the spectrum of pricing, from dynamic eCommerce to fix-contract pricing. Finally, we will review how to leverage emerging technologies and pricing automation tools for continuous pricing management improvement.
